Why we picked this
Shampoo never reaches the skin when you scrub through the fur with your fingers. This silicone brush works the shampoo in and pulls loose hair out at the same time.
Bath time, minus the struggle. This soft silicone dog bath brush works shampoo deep into the coat while giving your dog a massage most of them genuinely enjoy.
Why it works
Soft silicone tips: lift dirt and loose hair without scratching skin.
Massaging action: turns a stressful bath into a spa-like scrub.
Works wet or dry: brush out loose fur between baths too.
Suds-friendly: holds shampoo and spreads it evenly through the coat.
Easy to clean: rinse, shake, done — dries fast.

Straight answers
The questions every pet parent asks, answered the same way we would answer them in an email. No fine print.
How long will shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days. Most items ship from our partner warehouse and arrive within 5 to 11 business days after processing; the folding ramp, the elevated feeding station, and the anxiety vest ship from our US warehouse and typically arrive within 2 to 7 business days. You get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships. US shipping is a flat $4.99, and it is free on orders over $50.
What if it doesn't fit my pet?
Measure first: the size chart on each product page shows exactly what to measure. If it still isn't right, return it unused in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the item. Return shipping for non-defective items is your only cost, so a two-minute measurement up front saves the whole trip.
Something arrived damaged or isn't what I ordered. Now what?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
Where is my order?
Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships. If tracking shows delivered but you don't have it, check with household members and neighbors first, then contact us and we will help sort it out.
Can I save money by buying this in a kit?
Yes. This product is part of the Dog Grooming Kit, which bundles it with the self-cleaning slicker brush, the deshedding mitt, and the quiet nail grinder for $74.99 — that is $14.97 less than buying them separately.
How do I reach a human?
Email admin@itsapetthang.com or use our contact page. We would rather work it out with you than leave you stuck with something that isn't right for your pet.
