Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days, Monday through Friday. Shipping is a flat rate of $4.99 within the United States, and free on US orders over $50. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order is on its way.

Right now we ship to US addresses only. If you are outside the US and interested in a product, email admin@itsapetthang.com and we will look into options for your area.

You can return an item within 30 days of delivery, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging with tags and accessories included. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 3 to 5 business days of approval.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery, ideally with a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund including shipping, at no cost to you.

Every product page lists materials, dimensions, and the size or age it suits best. If you are unsure, especially for a senior dog or a puppy, send us a message with your pet’s size and age and we will give you an honest recommendation.
