How long will shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days. Most items ship from our partner warehouse and arrive within 5 to 11 business days after processing; the folding ramp, the elevated feeding station, and the anxiety vest ship from our US warehouse and typically arrive within 2 to 7 business days. You get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships. US shipping is a flat $4.99, and it is free on orders over $50.
What if it doesn't fit my pet?
Measure first: the size chart on each product page shows exactly what to measure. If it still isn't right, return it unused in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the item. Return shipping for non-defective items is your only cost, so a two-minute measurement up front saves the whole trip.
Something arrived damaged or isn't what I ordered. Now what?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
Where is my order?
Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships. If tracking shows delivered but you don't have it, check with household members and neighbors first, then contact us and we will help sort it out.
How do I reach a human?
