Trim nails without the wrestling match. This low-noise dog nail grinder files your dog’s or cat’s nails smoothly in small passes — no cracked nails, no pinched quicks, no clippers-squeamish panic.
Why it works
Two ports, any paw: one side for small pets, one for medium and large dogs.
Quiet motor (under 60 dB): most pets stay calm instead of bolting at the first buzz.
High-quality emery wheel: files fast without snagging or splitting the nail.
Skidproof switch and slim body: comfortable, secure hold while you work.
Runs on two AA batteries: no cords, use it anywhere.
How to use
Let your pet sniff the grinder and hear it run first, so nothing is a surprise.
Pick the right port for your pet’s size.
Touch the spinning wheel to the nail tip for up to 5 seconds at a time.
Work in short passes until edges are smooth. Reward generously.
A calmer alternative to clippers — ideal for senior dogs with thick nails and for pets who panic at the classic clip.

Straight answers
The questions every pet parent asks, answered the same way we would answer them in an email. No fine print.
How long will shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days. Most items ship from our partner warehouse and arrive within 5 to 11 business days after processing; the folding ramp, the elevated feeding station, and the anxiety vest ship from our US warehouse and typically arrive within 2 to 7 business days. You get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships. US shipping is a flat $4.99, and it is free on orders over $50.
What if it doesn't fit my pet?
Measure first: the size chart on each product page shows exactly what to measure. If it still isn't right, return it unused in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the item. Return shipping for non-defective items is your only cost, so a two-minute measurement up front saves the whole trip.
Something arrived damaged or isn't what I ordered. Now what?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
Where is my order?
Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships. If tracking shows delivered but you don't have it, check with household members and neighbors first, then contact us and we will help sort it out.
Can I save money by buying this in a kit?
Yes. This product is part of the Dog Grooming Kit, which bundles it with the self-cleaning slicker brush, the deshedding mitt, and the silicone bath brush for $74.99 — that is $14.97 less than buying them separately.
How do I reach a human?
Email admin@itsapetthang.com or use our contact page. We would rather work it out with you than leave you stuck with something that isn't right for your pet.
