Shipping rates
- United States: a flat rate of $4.99 per order.
- Free shipping on all US orders over $50.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email right away, and a shipping confirmation with tracking when your order ships.
Delivery time
Most products ship from our overseas partner warehouse and typically arrive within 5 to 11 business days after processing. Select items ship from our US warehouse (the folding ramp, the elevated feeding station, and the anxiety vest) and typically arrive within 2 to 7 business days. Once your order ships, tracking by email lets you follow it every step of the way.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order is on its way. If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it, check with household members and neighbors first, then contact us and we will help.
Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address you provide; corrections after an order ships may not be possible.
Undeliverable packages
If a package cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipping or a refund of the item value.
Outside the United States
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is something we hope to add as the store grows.
